The mission:

The Production Supervisor will ensure that each stage of the production process adheres to established protocols and quality standards guaranteeing the planned weekly and monthly objectives set in the Warehouse are met with no significant deviations.

The journey:

* Develop production schedules, assign tasks, and ensure resource availability.
* Evaluate project requirements and allocate manpower accordingly.
* Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain product standards.
* Train new hires and provide ongoing skills development opportunities to enhance team performance.
* Ensure adherence to safety regulations and foster a workplace safety culture.
* Identify production bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement effective solutions.

The specifications:

* Bachelor's degree with a technical/economic/engineering focus, a master's degree is a plus
* English (advanced)
* Dutch (desirable)
* Familiarity with the Office suite in particular with Excel
* Familiarity with SAP and with WMS softwares will be considered a plus
* Familiarity working in warehouse environments
* Familiarity working in planning manpower vs production requirements
