Financial & Tax Analyst

As part of Mantu's growth, we are looking for a new talent to join our Tax team as a Financial & Tax Analyst. The Tax team plays a key role in supporting the business by ensuring compliance and contributing to the optimization of the group's tax position. This hybrid finance-tax role is central to the group's financial operations, requiring strong analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate across Finance, Tax, Accounting, FP&A, and other internal functions. Your Missions Intragroup Transactions Calculations : Execute calculations and documentation of intercompany markups, royalties, service fees, interest, and other intragroup flows in line with the group's transfer pricing policies Develop and maintain calculation models, including cost bases, allocation keys, and financial data inputs Ensure consistency between intragroup calculations and statutory/management financial statements Support the update and implementation of intragroup financial policies (services, financing, IP, distribution models, etc.) Tax Controlling : Perform monitoring of tax balances, including current taxes, deferred taxes, provisions, credits, and withholding taxes Execute analytical reviews of tax-related accounts Build and track tax KPI dashboards to support performance tracking Contribute to process improvements, with a focus on data quality and automation of tax workflows Effective Tax Rate Analysis : Execute the calculation of consolidated and per-country effective tax rates (ETR) for reporting cycles Analyze variances between statutory, theoretical, and effective tax rates, including permanent and temporary differences Support preparations for the group's entry into Pillar 2 and related corporate income tax (CIT) computations Cross-functional Collaboration : Support transfer pricing initiatives through financial analyses for Local Files and Master File requirements Work closely with FP&A, Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure alignment Assist during tax audits by preparing financial analyses and supporting documentation Contribute to digitization projects within the tax function (automation, databases, workflow enhancements)

Ihr Profil:
