IT Support Specialist

Beschreibung:

Job Purpose:

* Actively provide IT support to business users and properly communicate with them about IT related topics
* Maintain life cycle of IT assets & equipment. Keep records of PCs & other IT equipment and their relations in configuration management database (CMDB)
* Collaborate with IT colleagues and L2 support to deliver fast and efficient solutions
* Execute IT Projects & Tasks
* Help to maintain server & network infrastructure
* Execute IT support for external company located on premise
* Prepare IT tools for users, including PCs, mobile devices, printers, user guides
* Participate on IT trainings and prepare training materials

The successfull candidate must:

* Be enthusiastic in IT area and have basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, O365 products, networking.
* Have strong customer relation orientation, excellent verbal and written skills
* English written and spoken at minimum intermediate level
* Be able to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
