Dispatcher for prototype logistics (f\/m\/d)

Beschreibung:

* You handle the purchase part inquiries for prototypes of pre-production vehicles from the development departments
* You order the purchase parts based on existing framework contracts; order tracking with close collaboration with the suppliers
* You participate in the change management for technical changes, taking the effects on the order quantities and set-up dates into account
* You offer support in the identification of interim solutions in cooperation with the development department in the event of the supplier's lack of delivery capacity
* Monitoring the on-time delivery in the development warehouse and handling of queries represents a main focus of your activities
* You initiate the necessary redistributions to the production facilities
* Collaborating with international project teams

Qualifications

* You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics or equivalent
* You have first work experience in a Logistics oriented environment, previous work experience in Prototype Logistics is considered a plus
* You have advanced knowledge in MS-Office products and SAP
* You can work under pressure in a structured way
* You have a process orientated way of thinking and an independent way of working
* You speak German very well, and English is considered a plus
* You're a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
* You are flexible and willing to travel abroad/domestic, whenever it is required
