Research Scientist, Cultivated Technologies-Food Applied Tissue Engineering (SIFBI)

Beschreibung:

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out the research and development work in executing the milestones and deliverables of the ECO Meats project, in collaboration with the rest of the ECO Meats team. Where required, the scientist will also represent the ECO Meats team in industry engagement activities and mentor/supervise junior staff and students/interns.

The candidate should have a PhD in Food Science and Technology, preferably with in-depth knowledge of alternative protein ingredients, processes, formulation and prototyping
