What will be your main challenges?
As a publishing associate, your challenge will be to entertain tens of millions of individuals around the world by creating and launching hit games.
In this role, you will manage the entire game dev process, including: Bisdev: Sourcing and onboarding high potential game studiosProduct: once you complete training, coaching studios on all aspects of their games (with data driven mindset on ideation, execution, inspirations, guidelines, etc)Project management: managing projects (games) across internal teams (marketing, publishing, GameOps, etc.)Managing the worldwide launch of your studios' hottest prototypes
