We are looking for Designers who are enthusiastic to play a key role in helping (COMPANY NAME) provide the best shopping experience to millions of customers! You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and an agile environment!

Growth Team is the heart of the business at (COMPANY NAME)! Growth team connects people and fashion online with the most innovative marketing strategies! The team also analyses data to make great decisions on the competitive marketplace through right advertising tactics. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers!

YOUR PROFILE

* Onbarding Partners to digital co-marketing campaigns with different platforms (facebook, google, criteo etc)
* Giving guidance and advice to partners to increase their performance
* Searching for new opportunities/tools for partners to increase marketing mix
* Analysing brands' marketing performance on (COMPANY NAME) and giving advice, seek out performance optimisation opportunities to increase campaign performance
* Designing effective new brand launch campaigns with relevant parties (performance marketing team, event planning team, CRM team etc)
* Working in coordination with different agencies to ensure partners utilise their marketing efforts efficiently
* Running and optimising campaigns for (COMPANY NAME)'s B2B business (e.g design, run and optimise campaigns to increase sales of Trendyolmilla products in various e-commerce platforms abroad)
* Running and optimising campaigns to increase B2B communicaton and seller/partner engagement in (COMPANY NAME) (recruiting new sellers, increasing marketing event participation on platform, design and run campaigns to seller to increase TMS awareness and onboarding)

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Bachelor's or Masters Degree from a reputable university (Engineering, statistics, economics, administration or related departments are preferred)
* Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing experience (running, optimising and reporting digital marketing campaigns on google/fb/criteo and other relevant technologies)
* Minimum 1 year of agency experience
* Effective communicator with excellent written and spoken and strong interpersonal skills, good team player
* Data Driven and result oriented
* Careful, diciplined and good at follow-up
* Ethusiastic about the developments in digital marketing and new marketing technologies
