You are:

* Experienced in Customer Support Activities; SAP acknowledgement will be an advantage;

* A professional with understanding of Project Management;

* Quick learner and adaptable to uncertain situations;

* A great communicator and a team player;

* Confident in English on at least Intermediate level

With you we will:

* Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to SAP accesses;

* Respond to queries either in person, over MS Teams. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. Walk customer through problem-solving process. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

* Determine the nature of the problem, run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

* Check potential conflicts for SAP accesses
