Business Developer

CymitQuimica is the leading ecommerce platform for distribution of fine chemistry and life science products for lab professionals.

CymitQuimica is a tech-based company. We are looking for a Business Developer to speed up our international growth through the expansion of an international distributors' network.

The job entails mainly:

* Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy, including the expansion of the distributors network outside Europe.
* Define and drive KPI's to measure business development initiatives.
* Identify and assess new business opportunities.
* Regularly visit customers and distributors to identify growth potential.
* Collaborate with the customer service & marketing department to effectively market and promote the product portfolio.
* Represent the company at congresses and trade fairs.

We would love to incorporate to our team a person with the following profile:

* Experience in setting up and managing a network of distributors in the fine chemical or life science sector.
* Scientific background (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, etc.) preferably with experience in a research or quality control lab.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on, empathetic, with attention to detail, and team player
* Good command of English, Spanish and Catalan.
