Personality / fitment:
A minimum of 4 - 5 yrs of experience working in the HR function (processes ranging from hire to retire) preferably in a startup environment.
Should be able to hold their own, independent & proactive, have great communication skills, and be self-driven.
Is a team player with a higher sense of connection to the shared goal and does not work in a silos.
Would love an MBA grad but a Bachelors degree in any field is a minimum requirement.
Skills & Attitude:
Should be a champion on most HR processes from onboarding to talent engagement, talent management and talent retention.
Should be confident and comfortable in positioning the HR function as a partner to the business.
Should work closely with the BU/ Function Head and managers to identify employee concerns/ gaps and suggest reasonable and best practice solutions.
Should be able to identify and analyse trends within the BU when partnering with HR to come up with policies, programs and initiatives.
Is able to interpret HR policies within the context of the BU and solve problems effectively.
Owns up attrition within the function and is able to intervene and mitigate risks
