SDR - Development Representative
The role of an SDR when sales are focused on prospecting and the first diagnosis of Leads, passes only as more qualified opportunities for salespeople to work and close the deal.
SDRs don't have to be technical masters to create effective videos. They need to feel comfortable with the screen. The more videos you make, the more efficient you will become. Over time, you will be able to produce videos as personalized as emails.
Take a super personalized approach: It has always been difficult for SDRs to balance quantity and quality in prospecting. We see this shift in balance - the most successful SDRs are actually slowing down, spending more time devoting themselves to the approach (seeking to achieve genuine and effective attention from the prospect) and connecting with fewer prospects.
Relationship with customers: in any previous experience, or candidate had direct contact with the final customer
Creativity: having enough creativity to evolve or optimize your approach
Motivation: the candidate is able to convey motivation during a conversation with the lead
Emotional intelligence: he knows how to deal with difficult situations that may arise along his trajectory
Good to hear: the candidate is able to hear and understand all the information that a lead gives during a call
Resilience: he is able to move on after an objection
Competitiveness: the candidate has a profile of running after and not settling for little
The SDR must explore your prospect:
* How many new B1 users per month can you generate
* How do you nurture your proposition base
* What are the common triggers for customers to buy our solution

* Ability to prospect skill with video development (several tools)
