Position Summary

A day in the life of...

1. Delight target customers and consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results. Be an integral part of the Marketing team contributing in developing of Business strategies and implementation of brand marketing actions within established;
2. Support new Products/Solutions launches, support the entire development process, work together with internal team identifying the researches required to support the development; budget estimation and planning; managing the process and manage the production & launch process;
3. Develop effective Product/Solution activation plans (customer / consumer promotions, packaging, media & digital communication, in store marketing);
4. Support to develop a complete set of Customer facing marketing materials, enabling Markets to sell the Solution to Customers and coordinating the execution of local implement such as packaging, POS, advertising, promotional & sales material, accessories, videos;
5. Provide the activation Consumption in target Channels through the central development of channel activation and conducting post evaluation.

What will make you successful

1.Fresh Graduates with bachelor's degree or above;
2. Strong interest and enthusiasm in FMCG or Food industry;
3. Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
4. Willing to start from the day-to-day work, be able to learn and adapt quickly, and challenge themselves;
5. Rapid learning ability and teamwork spirit; Effectively get things done with and through different types of people;
6. Be proactive, result-oriented, good at dealing with stress;
7. Blazing curiosity, willingness to accept new challenges strong leadership skills;
8. Pursue a long-term career development in Nestlé and can work in different cities and regions according to the company's assignment.
