Elektrotechniker (m/w/d) (Tagschicht)

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
* Veränderung von Funktions- und Prozessabläufen durch Eingriffe in die Hard- und Software von SPS und Prozessleitsystemen
* Planung und Betreuung von Neu- und Umbauprojekten
* Optimierung technischer Prozesse zur Produktivitätssteigerung und Erhöhung der Anlagenzuverlässigkeit
* Überwachung, Wartung und Reparaturen von automatisierten Anlagen
* Teilhabe am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
* Ersatzteilmanagement
* Überarbeitung technischer Dokumentationen (Stromlaufpläne, Schaltpläne, Instrumentationsplänen, usw.)
* Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung
* Messen und Einstellen elektrischer Kontrollwerte
* Tagschicht-Stelle mit regelmäßiger Rufbereitschaft (ca. alle 5 Wochen)

Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker/Mechatroniker mit Weiterbildung zum staatl. geprüften Techniker
* Stark ausgeprägte Mentalität für Arbeitssicherheit und umweltbewusstes Arbeiten
* Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
* Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SPS (Siemens Step 7 / TIA)
* Kenntnisse in Antriebstechnik, Mess- und Regelungstechnik sowie Leistungselektronik
* Netzwerk- und IT-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
* Kenntnisse in Pneumatik, Hydraulik und Mechanik von Vorteil
* Sehr gute Deutsch und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse
