YOUR MISSION

Within the Group Strategy, Marketing & Transformation team, the Sales & Marketing Ops team is in charge of supporting Business Units to reach their full potential on organic growth levers.

The Go-to-Market expertise encompasses the following topics (non-exhaustive): market and client base segmentation, pricing, value proposition formalization, growth drivers analyses, product launch support, farming strategy.

The Go-to-Market Strategy intern will support the Sales & Marketing Ops team on 3 main areas:

Strategic Segmentation (to support value proposition, product launch, growth drivers prioritization):
* Deliver segmentation analyses of addressable companies in the various countries
* Deliver segmentation analyses of business units' client bases, and identify specific patterns per segment
* Prepare Excel models, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations to support the business units

Pricing excellence:
* Analyze pricing performance of the various business units
* Collect best practices from (COMPANY NAME) Business Units and from benchmark
* Build action plan to help BUs to improve their pricing strategy and pricing execution

Reinforce & Share (COMPANY NAME) Expertise on Sales & Marketing:
* Create content to structure/synthetize (COMPANY NAME) Expertise (Excel Dashboards, Playbook, Workshops)
* Interact with (COMPANY NAME) Business Units (Teams, Calls, Workshops) to share (COMPANY NAME) Expertise

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Education & experience

* Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
* A first successful internship experience in consulting, finance, sales or similar fast-paced environment is a plus

Competencies

* Motivated team player
* Analytical skills (database analyses, business plan modeling)
* Good business sense
* Strong communication skills (oral, written)
* Rigorous, organized and attention to details
* Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)

Languages required
* Fluent in French and English
* Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German

INTERSNSHIP'S DETAILS

* Full-time Internship contract (6 months, flexible)
