Providing 24x7 service and support to Vocalink which are part of the UK's critical Financial Infrastructure services which operate within an ITIL framework. Exciting and varied work providing an insight into how a major technical operations is managed.
We are now looking to expand the team through a trainee program offering an ideal opportunity to gain experience and which could provide a gateway into technology operations.
The role requires individuals to work on shift rotas covering the 24/7 Operations Command Centre , providing technical and service support. Duties will include:
Monitor service performance and availability
Logging and troubleshooting of issues and incidents
Undertaking manual processes based on documented procedures
The position would suit somebody with the following skills.
