Vendor Relations Intern

In this exciting role, you will be part of the operations team. You will be the single point of contact for our vendors for any questions or concerns.

Responsibilities

* Interact closely and frequently with vendors to ensure work is completed.

* Responsible for appropriate response and follow-up on all vendors.

* Ensure prompt and thorough resolution of any issues.

* Preparing documentation to set up new vendors

* Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for the vendors.

* Be the sole point of contact for vendors while at the same time representing the brand in every interaction you have with vendors.

Requirements

* You have a high EQ and are passionate and caring towards clients.

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and in person.

* Take initiative and ownership of your role end to end, while being able to work independently.

* Need little oversight and prioritize and fulfill your tasks completely on your own.

* Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow-through on tasks.

* Comfortable working under pressure in a geographically distributed and cross-functional environment.
