Global Digital Data Insight Internship | 6 Months | Start date: February 2026 | Milan

For our Global HQ, we are currently looking for a Global Digital Data Insight Intern who will support the Global Digital Team to transform digital data in digital audience actionable for our campaign activities on all digital properties.

You'll be in charge of:
* Supporting monitoring and measurement of analytics and funnel data.
* Contributing to the creation of reports and dashboards to make data accessible.
* Assisting in analyzing trends and patterns to identify opportunities for optimization.
* Collaborating in preparing and monitoring A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
* Working alongside the Corporate Digital Team and Local Digital Managers on analyses.
* Helping ensure proper data collection and audience creation across different countries.
* Participating in developing segmentation strategies to provide tailored multi-channel journeys.
* Supporting the creation and management of databases and integration processes with Customer Data Platforms.

You are the right person if you:
* Have a Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, IT, or Business/Management
* Have a strong interest in digital marketing and data analysis
* Have a data-driven mindset and curiosity towards analytics tools
* Have a good knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (familiarity with SQL, R, or Python is a plus)
* Are interested in Customer Data Platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
* Are fluent in English
* Have team spirit, proactivity, and eagerness to learn
