You will be part of Performics, an international agency that will allow you to discover more about the digital scenario and strategies in an easy and young environment.
You will be involved in a 360° new business management for new potential and existing clients from the scouting of new prospect until the development of a full digital strategy.
As Growth Assistant you need to be ambitious, curious and proactive to help our client's portfolio to grow.
You will receive a complete digital education on all the activation and channels, so you will be also a strategic figure able to find the solutions that meet client's business goals.
* Scouting and profiling new prospects and opportunities in the digital panorama
* Work with different teams to coordinate the new business activities and process
* Inspire and collaborate on compelling and client-relevant proposals that effectively articulate how & why Performics's solutions can meet and exceed client business goals
* Produce presentations for new business pitch
* You are solution-oriented, able to act in a flexible way and enjoy sales and networking
* Ability to work well-structured in an independent, goal-oriented and efficient manner
* Ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and sales engagements
* Results-oriented, partner and customer-focused, collaborative, team player
* Excellent knowledges of Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent communication, presentation and customer interaction skills
* You have fluent Italian and English language skills
