Internship Patent Management (m/f/d)

As we prepare to separate our IP management system from dsm-firmenich, we are looking for dedicated support to help update and clean up our patent management tool. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a key transitional project and gain valuable experience in intellectual property operations.

Your key responsibilities
* Clean up of Document references in the IPMS "First to File"
* Upload missing documents to patent records
* Update and clean Inventor-records of the IPMS
* Complete patent records with Abstract and Patent Claims
* Apply to all records the Classification the Patent team has defined

* Type of employment: Full time for 38,5 hours / week, limited contract for 2 months
* We are legally obliged to point out that the salary for this position is EUR2,038 gross/month according to the collective agreement.

You bring
* Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
* Technical attitude; prior experience with IP or data management systems is a plus
* Reliable team player with good communication skills
* good knowledge with IT systems like Microsoft Office
