PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE
The (COMPANY NAME) Customer Success teams set sales, customers and partners up for success. As part of the EMEA North sales organization, the Value Advisory teams provide strategic advisory in procurement and supply chain to support customer co-innovation, business transformation, and business process performance improvement programs. They lead client engagements to assess strategic goals, innovation scenarios, key opportunities for improvement, and other sources of additional economic value in the area of digital procurement, supply chain and performance management. They conduct strategic account planning sessions with clients, facilitate client workshops, and lead value-based engagements. They partner with field sales teams to identify revenue opportunities, create account strategies, and execute on sales leads. They develop strategies and develop scaled-up initiatives to increase (COMPANY NAME)'s leadership position in digital procurement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The Value Advisory Associate Intern works with and for the Value Advisory team at (COMPANY NAME) in Sweden helping them to engage with (COMPANY NAME) Procurement and Industry Sales teams and with customers. He / she will receive specific assignments from Value Advisors who will guide the Intern and supervise his / her work. The duties of the Intern include (but are not limited to) the assistance of workshops and customer presentations, research work for a (COMPANY NAME) business subject or prospect / client, tracking sales performance, preparing customer presentations, helps to create a value-based strategy for technology sale and deployment, assisting with the development of industry analysis and benchmarking reports, the development of Value Advisory content for sales teams.
The candidate will follow an internship of 6 months.
PREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
* Currently studying a master's degree or an MBA at a Business School
* Proficiency in English and Swedish (preferred)
* Experience working in a transformational business environment
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Analytics capabilities/ analysis of corporate reports (strategy, balance sheet, annual report)
* Good understanding of digital transformation and innovation
* Knowledge of IT processes, software (mainly Microsoft office)
* Procurement knowledge is a plus
* Knowledge or experience of (COMPANY NAME) products / services is a plus
* Creativity (using the latest online tools to show up different)
* Teamwork & Collaboration experience, an open mind, result-oriented, integrity and humor
