For our biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility, we are currently looking for students and young graduates who would like to do a traineeship in the pharmaceutical industry.

Duration: 8-12 months (applications for less than 8 months are not considered for this traineeship).

Key responsibilities:
* Support operational manufacturing activities with investigations, troubleshooting and process improvements
* Perform data collection and statistical analysis
* Plan and execute manufacturing study protocols and write reports
* Review and translate standard operation procedures
* Evaluate new process technologies and its implementation

Key requirements:
* Team player attitude and willingness to learn
* University degree with natural sciences background
* Interested in hands-on experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment
* Drive for results and problem-solving oriented personality
* Strong analytical skills, knowledge of documentation and data analysis tools is a plus
* Fluent in English. German is an advantage
* Passionate about seeking a career in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
