Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program within our Institutional Clients business in Switzerland.

You'll get to

* support relationship managers and account managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits or events and executing transactions
* maintain relationships with internal and external clients
* build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

Your team

You will be part of our team for institutional clients. We primarily advise pension funds regarding their investment needs. This essentially includes global custody as well as asset management solutions.

Your expertise

We're looking for a candidate who

* is currently enrolled in studies and will graduate in late 2026 or 2027
* has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
* is fluent in German and proficient in English
* has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. We welcome all majors, but it's important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.
