Job Description

* Communication and obtaining mandatory documentation for the implementation of the customs procedure
* Preparation of additional documents requested by customers
* Tracking and monitoring temporary admission process (returnable packaging flow)
* Checking and controling of export and import documentation
* Submission of originals customs declarations to the customs office
* Implementation of export and import formalities (in-house)
* Preparation of necessary documents for customs authorities and placement of customs stamps on goods
* Scanning and archiving documentation
* Regular and ad hoc reporting

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications

* Recent graduate or last year student of Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering etc
* Advanced Excel skills
* Fundamental knowledge of SAP (WM, MM) will be considered an advantage
* Proactive and structured work
* Good organizational and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork
* Fluency in English
