Internship for Customer Service Position

Beschreibung:

We are looking for an Internship position to assist our customer service team, The main daily task is to process orders and assist our client via email only. it must be at least 6 months internship and the applicant must have a student resident card in Spain legally.

Responsibilities

100% English in reading writing and speaking.
Good computer skills, such as how to use Gmail, process orders via the website, filling forms via webpages. At least it should be meeting the standard typing speed.
After 4 weeks of training, should be able to process the order independently.

Qualifications

At least, University students, graduate or above.
Positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Job location is at Cerdanyola del Valles.Spain, preferring to live close by.
Valid resident permit, .READ BEFORE APPLY: YOU MUST resident of SPAIN, have a Spanish student resident card, and be able to reach an agreement with a Spanish University, it is an onsite job, so preferably you are a resident in Barcelona.

Students who in the final year need internship hours to complete their studies are first considered and willing to reach an agreement with the University,
