EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Would you like to join our Global Support Center located in Madrid?
You will receive continuous training about (COMPANY NAME) specific products and, in addition, you will have the opportunity to learn the technology of the #1 worldwide company in enterprise software. You will also learn the processes and systems of a big multinational and get familiar with operations of a Global Support Center working for the whole EMEA region.
During your internship, you will be responsible for helping (COMPANY NAME) Product Support team in the best way possible to manage the correct processing times for customer incidents, acting as a safety-net to ensure successful processing adherence for the customer's incident queue.
You will also have the opportunity to put everything you have learned into practice providing functional and technical support to (COMPANY NAME) customers in the same way that our support engineers do.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
* Students in their last years of technical or scientific degrees (or master's students) such as Computer Engineering or Telecommunication Engineer
* Student status required
* Fluent English and Spanish
* Basic understanding of programming languages
* Analytic thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
Work experience is not required
