Job Description:

* Supporting Recruitment Processes: Assist in all stages of recruitment, maintain communication with candidates, and organize interview processes.
* Supporting Preliminary Assessments: Review candidates' resumes, evaluate their suitability for the position, and identify qualified candidates.
* Recruitment Reporting: Prepare reports related to recruitment processes, monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics.
* Job Posting Management: Manage the publication and updating of job postings, ensuring they are posted on the correct platforms with accurate content.

Qualifications:

* Master Student in Social Sciences
* Very good command in English
* Advanced MS Office knowledge
* Good communication and team working skills & results-driven
* Eager to learn
* Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
* High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for his/her responsibilities
* Self-motivated, target oriented and able to handle various tasks at a time under tight deadlines
* Ability to perform reporting and analysis
