Job Description:

Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Mobility Aftermarket Aftersales Operations Smart Start.

Your contribution to something big:
* He/she will be working as a Smart Start in Mobility Aftermarket, Aftersales Operations.
* He/She will be supporting our technical experts on daily operations of aftersales services.
* He/she will be primary responsible for; warranty claims follow up, repair & maintenance requests follow up, spare parts planning and disposition.
* He/she will be learning and actively using different modules of SAP, CRM and internal digital tools to perform daily operations.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:
* 4th year undergraduate and postgraduate students in the fields of Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
* Strong written & verbal English language communication skills & fluency
* Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills, ability to challenge the team for ideas and standards
* High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for his/her responsibilities
* Self-motivated, target oriented and able to handle various tasks at a time under tight deadlines
* Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
* Good MS Office Excel, Power BI and Power Point knowledge, willing to learn different modules of SAP and different interfaces
* Technical knowledge or interest in automotive technologies
