Provide support to the Retail and Product Management Part of the IM Team in admin tasks. Collecting relevant information within the division and share with all effected members.
Role and Responsibilities
* Preparation and submission of Plan Proposals and Pre Approvals
* Managing monthly, yearly and ad hoc contracts
* Vendor registrations
* Invoice management in our finance system
* Collecting Product contents on PVI system
* Weekly report about ongoing and planned campaigns and activities
* Is aware of the objectives of the position, reports and analyses the results and proposes future actions.
* Taking part in global content localizations
* Responsible for using the assigned fixed assets properly.
* Treats company information, operation and documents confidential.
* Is aware of the company policies and internal regulation of SEH-S and acts accordingly.
* Performs other activities and tasks which are delegated to employee by the line manager keeping in mind the legal regulation.
* min. BA/BSc degree or graduate student
* MS Excel, Word and Power Point literacy (experience in SAP is an advantage)
* Fluent English and Hungarian is a must
* Good cooperation and communication skills
* Precise, organised way of working
* Flexible attitude
* Ability to work under pressure
