As a Human Resources Intern, you'll play a hands-on role supporting the HR team across a range of functions-from talent acquisition and employee engagement to organizational development. You'll gain exposure to real projects, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and build foundational skills for a future career in HR. Responsibilities could include: Collaborating on the development and implementation of initiatives and solutions to improve performance and processes such as: *Reviewing employee engagement survey data and creating a new method to display the results *Assisting with employee communications and recognition *Managing reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness across our organization *Creating strategies for New Hire Orientation
