Junior Category & Omnichannel Manager UPSA will be part of the Marketing team. S/he will be instrumental in strategic and operational Marketing activities.
The position reports directly into the Marketing Lead. The role gives excellent cross-functional exposure by executing the category plan in collaboration with the Marketing Team, Sales team, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Department and Finance. It includes cross functional collaboration with UPSA Global Marketing.
In a context of business transformation, it's the right moment if you want to be part of UPSA 'Conquest 2027'ambition. As active member of the Marketing team, the function is fully accountable in building and implementing the marketing plan. This position is office based, in Mont-Saint-Guibert.
Close to Brussels and near Louvain-La-Neuve (student city)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Work in close collaboration with the Marketing team I order:
* Prepare and implement marketing project to reach the expected market targets
* Preparate, implement, and follow of the marketing activities cross-categories
* Follow assign marketing budget.
* Prepare, implement, and follow creative omnichannel activities: F2F & digital (through different channels: pharmacies, general practitioners, specialists, consumers …)
* Develop marketing tool for POS & sales team on the filed
* Prepare briefing, coordinate, and follow-up with external agencies to develop marketing material, (and others, if relevant)
* Accompany the field force in the field to gain insights on how to best support them in their sales journey and identify/test marketing ideas
* Support the management team in coordinating marketing activities (e.g. Cycle Meeting preparation, business reviews, …)
* Be consumer & shopper centric.
* Ensure strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders (UPSA International, Commercial team, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Medical department, and Finance) as well as external customers (Healthcare professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, Patients, …).
* Stretch assignment in BI to develop to tools to follow market trend, omnichannel performance and google analytics.

In Qx xxx3 and Qx xxx4 : you will join the field to reinforce the commercial visits :
* Help implementing successfully commercial policy for new products
* Roll out Marketing plan actions for innovation & current categories and leads implementation
* Visit a specific targeting of customers with focus on sell out / sell in
* Analyze performance and results in own target in order to develop further key partnerships
* Identify new promotional opportunities and partnership programs
* Active participation to internal KAM and Sales meetings
* Establish strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders (Sales manager, KAMs, Business performance, Legal, Marketing, GoTC,)
* Demonstrate good judgment in taking business decisions
* Fully respect without error all legal and compliance rules relative to UPSA and OTC business

Afterwards, there is the possibility to come back to the marketing team to work in communications or to join the perf team as a project manager

Candidate Requirements:

Master's degree in business management, Finance, - or equivalent
* Ambition to quickly learn
* Experience in marketing, business analyst is a must within, FMCG, Pharma industry is an
asset
* Capacity to thing outside of the box
* Ability to give and prepare presentations
* Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and business oriented.
* Good analytical mindset - ability to drive project based on data
* Proactive, dynamic, can-do attitude
* Curious and not afraid to raise questions
* Good experience with MS Office: very good knowledge of Excel Planning & organizing skills
* Fluent in English, and French
