V.I.E. students usually choose to live in Brussels because of the transport benefits offered by the subsidiary. Brussels, cosmopolitan capital, heterogeneous city and capital of 500 million Europeans! The Amazon Account Manager VIE develops and implements, cross categories, Groupe Seb sell-out strategy on the Belgian Amazon platform in close coordination with the Belgian eCom Channel Manager and with the European KAMs team. He/She knows his/her Groupe SEB product portfolio and understands the categories on Amazon (competitive intensity, Competitors offers and strategies, shopper drivers and key success factors). Her/She analyses daily the performance of each key product and propose initiatives to increase sales and improve customer experience in order to maximize Groupe Seb IHS. The Amazon Account Manager is always looking to understand why something happened and how he/she can fix it with concrete action plan. YOUR MISSIONS: Develop GSeb Business on Amazon.be (gain IHS on a profitable way) by focusing on sell-out execution : * Account Management o Accountable of the sell-out / IHS o Product portfolio management: monitor product performance, analyse data, find route causes, propose solutions, and track execution. o Pricing Management: ensure consistent price execution on GSEB and Amazon platforms. o Promotion management: define promoted product list, animate annual promotional calendar incl. accurate forecasting. o Manage budget: define and execute promotion and trade marketing budget. o Track and report account performance against business objectives incl. operations and KPIs and identify growth opportunities and corrective actions. * Execute Category Activation Strategy o Manage his/her Category on Amazon, including: - Category analysis - Product launches - Conversion optimisation: create and optimize products listings (Product Content / Product Detail Pages) to maximize visibility and conversion, conduct keywords analysis to enhance product search rankings. - Retail media investment: define the level of retail media and SOA investment in collaboration with retail media teams. * Analysis & reporting - Use analytics tools to evaluate products and campaign performance (daily, weekly, monthly). - Prepare regular reports (Promo Event, Business review…) on his/her own scope to share results and improvements/actions plans. * Cross functional collaboration - Build commercial relationship with Amazon AVS (= Amazon brand specialist). - Internal communication in the country: KAM's of other retailers, marketing, supply and finance teams. - Collaboration with EU Amazon Teams. - Close cooperation with Retail Media & Cataloguing. Levers: * Weekly & Monthly analysis of performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to measure success and identify areas for improvement. * Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer reviews to propose adjustments in strategies and maintain a competitive advantage. * Identify opportunities to increase sales by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights. * Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations, enhance product visibility, and drive sales growth. * Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (local sales teams, EU sales teams, EU customer service, EU Demand planning, etc.) to align strategies and goals, consolidate all the elements & provide with clear & actionable insights & plans. * Stay up-to-date on the e-commerce landscape, industry trends, and best practices to devise creative solutions and capitalize on opportunities. * Keep abreast of Amazon policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks
Candidate Requirements:
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED: Master's degree in Sales or Marketing, with a first experience in eCommerce / Direct To Consumer. * Understanding of the e-commerce landscape, industry trends, and best practices. * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. * You are an innovative thinker, constantly seeking new strategies & approaches to optimize performance. * Your English is fluent due to international scope. * Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
