To be the leader for the Denmark Engineering department activities schedule:

To establish and to monitor the schedule based on the client projects deadline, the scope of the Denmark engineering team and the level of capacity in the team
To have weekly follow up for the progress with the Engineering leaders
To have weekly assessment of the forecasted works
To have weekly monitoring of the level of capacity in the team
To identify and alert in case of deviation to the initial commitment
To propose recovery plan in case of deviation
To have regular synchronization meetings with the Project planning managers
To ensure a monthly update of the Engineering schedule in the Alstom internal scheduling tool Ody-C
To monitor the Denmark EDP reporting KPI
To lead regular schedule sessions with the Denmark engineering team to share the physical progress and the forecasted activities

As a member of the Alstom planning community:

To contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, to share best practices, PERT, schedule templates.
To apply the Alstom Project Scheduling Process

Candidate Requirements:


Junior project management (+2 years) with industrial background
Skills in MS Project
Progress monitoring through KPIs (S-curves)
Is aware about working with internal processes: Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality and their interfaces……
Skills in communication with internal teams
Resources management in schedule tools

Competencies & Skills:

Experience in industrial projects,
Forensic planning
Rigorous, structured and sense of anticipation
Good communications and interpersonal skills, team worker
Be able to challenge internal project team and highly proactive in proposing solutions.
Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
