To develop local business in Djibouti, with a focus on Sea freight and Air freight Import and Export opportunities, warehousing opportunities, and to manage the relationship on existing key accounts in the country.
* Sales target and marketing strategy definition.
* Define and identify key potential commercial targets in line with the communicated focus areas (i.e. local Djibouti activity primarily) and to define associated gross margin on these targets.
* Define the overall Sales & Marketing strategy, and direct interaction and meetings with clients on a regular basis (new clients in line with target list as well as managing existing relationships).
* Define the marketing kits and action plan with the objective to achieve targeted Djibouti gross margin on the well identified target accounts.
* Defines Sales priorities and organization.
* Review Sales performances versus objectives thru monthly monitoring as well as thorough analysis of the pricing level, and achieve a good understanding of who our competition is in the Djibouti market (competition and pricing review).
* Manage directly the relationship with the (COMPANY NAME) Network (international offices) including handling requests, managing quotations, monitoring success rates and win ratio's on network routed requests and business opportunities.
* Key accounts management:
* Defines Key Accounts priorities and organization in Djibouti
* Directly drive the relationship management of existing key accounts as well as the acquisition of designated new Key accounts
* Customer sales control and support
* Ensure and set up customer sales support
* Ensure control of customer satisfaction evaluation (survey, customer complains)
* Customer relationship building with key clients
* Performance Assessment

* System control and compliance
* Supervise good use of CRM application (Customer Relationship Management - Concerto) and implement any Best Practices to ensure full Data Quality compliance at Country level
* Set sales team responsibilities
* ISO compliance of sales activities

* Implement monthly business Flash report
* Monthly commercial reports that must include as a minimum volumes analysis, new acquisitions and short - mid and long term commercial pipeline
Strong command in English as well as an intense experience in the transport & logistics sector
