Site Acquisition Manager H/F

Job Description:

As a Site Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the acquisition of land for onshore wind and PV projects. 2022 was a very successful year for the team and with your support we want to match that in 2023.

You will join a dynamic team of renewable energy enthusiasts with a mix of youthful energy and seasoned veterans. ENGIE's German renewables organization is pursuing ambitious growth targets with the full support of the group's headquarters. The positive vibes of modern Berlin also fill the ENGIE office conveniently located in a brand new office building at Südkreuz.

YOUR TASKS
* Identification and securing of land for on-shore wind and solar PV projects
* Assessment of land plots together with regional planning team
* Coordination of external area scouts and working students
* Documentation and management of opportunities in the CRM tool (Sales Force)
* Drafting of initial business cases and decision papers
* Development of strategic cooperations with large land owners

Candidate Requirements:

YOUR PROFIL:

* Master's degree in geography, urban planning, engineering, business administration or comparable
* Ideally experience in the renewable energies , agriculture or real estate sectors
* Hands on mentality and very good analytical skills
* Very good communications and teamwork skills as well as very good German capabilities
