We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant for our Hamburg location:

WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

As part of our Engineering Recruitment Team, you will carry out tasks both linked to recruitment and active sourcing:

* Being responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and candidate relationship management: from identifying suitable candidates and screening their application documents to matching them to our customer requirements
* Formulating professional and legally compliant job descriptions in German and publishing them on relevant sourcing platforms
* Interviewing candidates either in person or via Skype/telephone and creating convincing qualification profiles for our clients
* Proactively sourcing and recruiting highly qualified specialists on different social media channels such as LinkedIn and XING
* Building up a high-quality candidate pool and maintaining sustainable relationships with your candidates
* Working closely with our Sales Consultants and Key Account Managers

Duration: 12 months (possibility of an extension of the contract's duration)
Location: Hamburg

WHICH ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:

* Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
* First experience in recruitment (internship, apprenticeship or former work placement)
* Good command of German and English (at least B2 level in both languages)
* Outstanding communication skills and great team spirit
* Structured way of working and good organization skill
