LBP AM compte 3 pôles d'investissement : LBP AM European Private Markets, Multi Asset, Rates & Credit Specialties et Quantitative Solutions quantitatives. Couvrant tout type de clients (investisseurs institutionnels, distributeurs, clients privés), le groupe LBP AM capitalise sur ses expertises et celles de sa filiale LFDE pour proposer une gamme étendue de fonds ouverts, et sur son savoir-faire en matière de solutions dédiées et de mandats sur les actifs cotés et non cotés. As part of the strategic development of our private markets platform, EPM European Private Markets, and particularly in Europe, we are opening a branch in Frankfurt, Germany. This new structure is seeking a V.I.E to strengthen the corporate private debt team based in Germany. This unique opportunity will allow you to contribute to the ambitious growth of the private debt market within a robust and expanding group. DESCRIPTION OF THE DEPARTMENT AND MISSIONS : Based in Germany and integrated into the corporate private debt team based in Paris, the V.I.E will report to the Senior Originator Corporate Direct Lending. The V.I.E will actively contribute to the team's various missions and work closely with members of the European Private Markets platform, advisors (M&A, Transaction Services, lawyers), company executives, and the entire ecosystem. The V.I.E will mainly work on the following topics: Credit Analysis : - Study and selection of investment opportunities - Analysis of corporate private debt investment files (market analysis, strategy, and financial performance of target companies with review of Due Diligence reports) - Financial modeling and analysis of financial statements - Participation in drafting investment notes/recommendations and attending investment committees Origination & sourcing : - Market monitoring and identification of opportunities in Germany - Participation in discussions with advisors (investment banks, M&A firms, lawyers) Portfolio monitoring : - Monitoring of existing investments - Preparation of internal and external reporting Cross-functional support : - Contribution to the implementation of local processes - Participation in cross-functional projects (ESG, etc.) - Support for local development projects

Candidate Requirements:
