Our Faurecia Clean Mobility - European Division is looking for a VIE Junior Controller CVE (VIE) m/f for its European Headquarters Finance Department in Augsburg - Germany.

Reporting to the CBU-Controller CVE the Junior Controller CVE is responsible for:

Financial aspects for several programs at acquisition or development phase. S/He ensures the data reliability in line with process and finance program golden rules, and the optimization of the programs' profitability and cash.

Performing the controlling of the R&D activities within the business unit, engineering, prototypes, and tooling costs, in order to guarantee and optimize the R&D financial performance and competitiveness.

The main missions of the role are:

Ensure program controlling procedures and Golden Rules compliance

Secure business plan and customer (offer & LOI) /supplier contractual  offer consistency

Provide request for quotation (RFQ) BP and Initial Business Plan (IBP) at acquisition phase

Highlight Program Cash status and provide recommendation to the management

Provide program financial communication towards core team, management and plants involved

Provide and secure R&D controlling inputs

Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management

The length of the VIE is 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary which depends on the host country. The ideal candidate will have/be:

Master's degree in economics and/or business administration
First experience within Finance area, ideally in an industrial environment
Ability to provide reliable data and its analysis
Goal-driven
Positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English, any other language is a Plus
(Very) Good skills in MS Office, mainly MS Excel
