Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems offers a wide range of services and products relating to signalling technology and infrastructure. In close cooperation with our worldwide product competence centers, we cover business development, sales and bid management as well as customer-oriented project management, homologation, system engineering, documentation, mechanical integration, installation, commissioning and warranty at our Berlin location.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Supporting ALSTOM Transport Deutschland GmbH in the analysis of bids, the structure of bids and the development of the content of commercial offers
-Cooperate with an international team
-Support the Sales team in Company Governance and processes
-Ensure a continuous flow of information between all parties
-Observe the processes and procedures applicable to the preparation of Tender
-Prepare tender planning and budget proposals
-Support offer deliverables and prequalifications
-Support Communication/Marketing elements: e.g. Webinar / Customer Event / Forums / Events / App / Brochure
Candidate Requirements:
Your profile :
Educated to Master Degree in Business Administration with a good technical comprehension, you have a first experience ideally in an international industrial environment and more especially Sales, Tender Management or Business Development. You are interested in railway products. Good communication skills, your diplomacy and tenacity, your open-mind enable you to be well integrated in a changing environment. Your autonomy, team spirit, management and organizational skills and good business sense are your key assets for this position.
Good language level of English & German is mandatory, French will be an asset. Excellent MS office skills required.
