Business Development Manager H/F

Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager M&A you will work on acquisition processes of PV and onshore wind projects, as well as corporate M&A transactions. 2022 was a very successful year for the team and with your support we want to match that in 2023.

You will join a young and dynamic team of renewable energy enthusiasts. ENGIE's German renewables organization is pursuing ambitious growth targets with the full support of the group's headquarters. The positive vibes of modern Berlin also fill the ENGIE office conveniently located in a brand new office building at Südkreuz.

YOUR TASKS
* Review and evaluation of photovoltaic and wind projects at different stages of maturity
* Coordination of all involved teams during the transaction process
* Preparation of business cases and investment decisions
* Further development of the M&A department tools and processes
* Communication with the European Business Development team in Paris

Candidate Requirements:

YOUR PROFIL:

* Master's degree in geography, engineering, business administration or comparable
* Ideally experience in the renewables energies or consulting/banking sectors
* Highly analytical and very good mathematical understanding
* Communications and teamwork skills as well as very good English capabilities
