Poste et missions:

Under the general guidance of the Director of Discovery Toxicology, the Study Coordinator would:
1)  Help coordinate studies (safety, PK, efficacy, etc.) with external CRO collaborators.
2) Facilitate required administrative tasks associated with these studies including legal agreements, internal finance and all required procedures.
3) Ensure policy alignment, consistency and quality of data generation and reporting.
4) Enable continuous good communication with CRO employees to ensure data integrity and interpretation accuracy (e.g. consistency in protocols and reports, no missing data, reporting and interpretation coherence) for Good Research Practice.
5) Apply suitable software and tools to ensure effective coordination of various external studies (Sharepoint, eRoom, Microsoft Project, XL, etc.)
6) Participate in project meetings to help navigate the teams through the study results and facilitate decision-making.

Profil:

Minimum BS in Animal Sciences, Biology, Veterinary Pharmaceutical or a related Life Sciences field; master (toxicologie) or equivalent degree preferred  (École vétérinaire, faculté de Pharmacie, école d'ingénieur agro, biochimie).

1-2 years of cumulated relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical or agrochemical research.

- Excellent inter-personal, inter-cultural, and networking skills are required in order to provide effective interactions across BI and externally with collaborators.
- Strong understanding of animal care
- Good understanding of experimental sciences along with analytical thinking and quality principles
- Good knowledge or willingness to learn project management tools
