TEAM AND SCOPE

Within the CRM Department of (COMPANY NAME) Japan and based in Tokyo, the Omnichannel Specialist will support the team in developing our customer experience and journey for the local market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main role will include the following:
?Develop a deep understanding of Dior Clients portfolio and customer base. ?Drive customer strategy, lifecycle and roadmap for key initiatives across Dior's business related to new digital experiences.
?Lead customer journey and experience design efforts to identify customer needs.

?Leverage existing automation tools to innovate our journeys with personalization and contextual interactions. ?Develop metrics, reporting, and analytics to understand and optimize program drivers and impact.
?Partner with Retail, Marketing, CRM, e-Business, IT and other teams in the organization to establish coordination of message, touch points, and frequency across customer-facing channels.

?Punctual intervention internal business strategy close relationship with Head of Digital & CRM and Japan President.

PROFILE
?Graduate from a master's degree in Business Administration, with a significant experience in project management, ideally in CRM, Digital Marketing or e-commerce.
?Fluency in Japanese and English, proficiency in French is an advantage
?Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
?Excellent communication skills and team-oriented work ethic
?Dynamic, positive and open minded

DETAILS OF THE VIE:

Contract: International Volunteer Program
Start date: January 2020
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Length of the assignment: 12- 24 months
