As part of the Human Resources Department, you will provide your support to our team. You will be the first point of contact for employees and various stakeholders. The main tasks in this position are: * Recruitment: draft the job offers, publish advertisements on the various media, ensure answer to all of the applicant, organize interviews, review job descriptions and duties, etc. * Onboarding: create new hired files (including proposal letters, contracts, IT access, badges, mentor, etc.). * Training: plan and monitor the in-house training session (immersive session scheduling, registering and monitoring) * Absence and leave management: register, monitor and monthly report, annual leave schedules creation * HR projects and internal communications: contribution to the HR projects and staff satisfaction surveys (Great Place To Work, SG Barometer), internal events organization, write and publish articles on internal and external media * Administrative management: monitor procedures (expense claims, trial period, etc.), contribute to several HR reports (absenteeism, benefits in kind, etc.), monitor and keep up to date the employee files Due to the VIE eligibility criteria a questionnaire will be provided. Please make sure to answer all the questions for an efficient analysis of your application. Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary. Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport

Candidate Requirements:

Studies & experience: - Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Human Resources - A previous experience in HR would be appreciated Language skills: - Fluent in English and in French (B2-C1) Technical, operational & Soft skills: - Proficient/Good command of MS Office - Good communication and presentation skills - Strong interpersonal skills, ease to interact with all the entity's employees - You carry out your work with precision, rigor and the utmost confidentiality - Flexible, autonomous, dynamic and able to take the initiative
