The main mission of the GlobalQuality-HSES-PRM (Process Risk Management) is to ensure consistent deployment of the group quality, HSES and PRM requirement within E&C by providing support, overview, harmonization and by facilitating cross center collaboration and capitalisation. We cover Quality, Auditing, Reliability, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Security, Road Safety and Process Safety and are acting as focal point and main point of interface with SIS. Reporting to the E&C Vice president and being part of the leadership team of E&C, we set up E&C policy and objective and ensure in all operations, all decisions are taken in due consideration of quality, Health and safety, environmental protection and security. Poste et missions : Mission Summary: The future VIE will report to the HSES directors and will work with him/her into the daily implementation and continuous improvement of our HSE and security management system, that is applicable globally. Be ready to talk with your colleagues in Japan in the morning and your colleagues in the US in the afternoon. Mission and Assignments will be in the areas of Reporting & analysis of HSES / Process Safety events (accidents, incidents…), to avoid any recurrence (trend analysis), Support the animation of the community of practices in HSES, in Process Safety (meetings, trainings, site visits, best practices sharing…), Development of HSES Data reporting and Digital tools, Supporting the harmonisation of our processes and standards, Yearly definition of the HSES road map and communication program and their implementation, Development of our leading indicators program, of our process safety reporting and on our Quality reporting. In this Mission, you will play a central role - closely supported by your direct Manager and the colleagues of E&C Poland who are on a day to day implementing the management system in our operations (engineering, manufacturing, construction and commissioning) Why Join Us? Candidate Requirements:

Education: Master's Degree in Quality / safety / environment / industrial safety Soft and Hard Skills: Effective Communication skills in order to be able to understand other needs. Multicultural stakeholders engagement Analytical skills for data and quick thinking in regards to process flows. Structured way of working while being able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Ability to develop data reports and analysis (learning of PowerBI will be essential to your mission) Languages: English fluency is Must have Polish Nice to have Please send your CV and motivation letter in English!
