Junior Sales Manager (V.I.E.)

With an international team of 250 motivated and passionate individuals with over 20 nationalities represented amongst our teams primarily located in the Paris region, Netatmo is always on the lookout for new talent to promote its development.
Reporting directly to the VP Sales, you will team-up with a Trade Marketing Manager and you’ll contribute to the growth and development of our retail channels in Eastern Europe.
Your primary goal is to increase our sell in and sell thru of Smart Home products and create much higher levels of visibility, in-store staff training and consumer penetration within all our current and future accounts.
In order to do that you will collaborate with our existing and potential customers to identify opportunities, implement sales promotions and develop tactics to drive new and existing product sales both in-store and on-line.
Working with our retail accounts, you will monitor and constantly improve the availability and the merchandising of Netatmo’s products, both online and offline.
Your Mission will also consist to develop the PRO channel ( plumbers , installers , integrators ..) with new distribution partners directly or through local Legrand offices in Eastern Europe.
You’ll bring us a clear picture of the market and competition and help us setting clear targets for the Eastern Europe market. You will monitor whether you achieve them and identify how to make improvements for the future. You will have to forecast your actions and analyse their impacts and the ROI (Return on Investment).
You have an university or business school degree and a first experience in key account management preferably in a retail consumer electronics environment.
You are fluent in polish and/or other Eastern European language (f.e. CZ, RO) you have a good level of english or french.
Assertive and analytical, you are good at forecasting and planning and your hands on mentality gives you a clear focus on finding solutions.
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiastic nature make you an excellent team player and a good networker.
This exciting role requires a lot of travel as you will be constantly visiting stores to meet our clients and check on our products. You will also travel to our Parisian headquarters to meet the whole sales and trade marketing team and to participate in our quartely business review.
