Poste et missions:
We are now looking for a Junior Business Developer to join the Sales department to contribute to the hunting of new potential customers for our IIS (International Inbound Services) and Cloud Communications services.
In this role you will focus in developing new business both with existing customers and by exploring new market segments worldwide. You will report directly to the Cloud Communications Team Lead and interact closely witha new dedicated team in charge of growth product commercial development. While you serve a global team, you may also cooperate with the regional teams as well.
The successful candidate will have a strong commercial profile with a motivation to hunt in new territories, will need to work in autonomy and have an excellent communication and organization skills. A proactive attitude is a must, as well as eagerness to learn and grow!
* Build and manage new relationships with new partners
* Explore relationships to X and Upsell New Services to existing customers
* Develop new strategic customer/ partners relationships.
* Open and Close new contracts for IIS & Cloud Communication New Services
* Prepare and close commercial agreements to promote iBasis' New Services products.
* Closely work with direct Sales colleagues and Product Management and all other involved departments within iBasis, supporting various processes
* Engage necessary resources at the appropriate time to grow business quickly and efficiently.
* Follow up and achieve commercial objectives assigned to his/her customer portfolio
* Prepare regular activity reporting to the sales management through internal CRM tools
* Exchange with other departments within iBASIS (marketing, finance, legal, technical …) to share market experience and ensure to defend customer interest
* You have a first experience in Business Development with knowledge of the telecommunications or Cloud Communications market that can contribute to our growth strategy.
* You are independent and self-confident professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* You are able to self-motivate, inspire and be inspired by others in an open, collaborative and results driven team.
* You are a business driven person motivated by the selling of New Services
* Result driven and a hunting mentality: You will have ambitious targets to close develop markets to enhance the position of iBasis.
* You are able to develop business with new prospects.
* You have the ability to translate the specific requirements of customers into a clear customer approach.
* University degree
* Ideally, having max. 2 years of working-experience.
* Good business development and negotiations skills.
* Good business analytical skills.
* Self-drive and a motivation to succeed are as important as teamwork and transparency.
* Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
