Presentation of the Team and Business Activities
Finance and Operations Control team based in Singapore is in charge of overseeing and analysing the financial performance of the East Asia Pacific (EAP) Cluster. The newly created East Asia Pacific Cluster aims to leverage its expanded scope to contribute to Fit by faster growth, higher industrial and commercial performance and efficient decision making. The EAP Operations Control team, in close collaboration with the business leaders, will play a key role to deliver Fit by monitoring short-term results, modeling long-term strategic ambitions, and ensuring the proper allocation of investments and resources in alignment with the Group's strategic and sustainability objectives. The Operations control team of the EAP cluster, of which the VIE contract will be part, is composed of one Operations Controller, one Investment Controller and one VIE business analyst working together under the responsibility of the Head Of Ops Control. Each member of the team works closely with the business controllers of the different countries within the cluster.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
In your position, and closely together with the EAP business controller, you will be responsible for controlling the entire P&L of the East Asia Pacific cluster composed of 12 countries and 4 business lines. Your mission will mainly consist in:
* Monthly review and analysis of Business performance of the EAP cluster
* Budget/Reforecast process coordination (EAP / AL Singapore)
These two main missions will involve coordination with various stakeholders (local EAP financial teams, Business Line Manager...) involved in the process to enable smooth consolidation of data in a short period of time, supporting the business controllers of each country in their reporting, performing variance analysis, managing the consistent reporting of performance, analyzing results in order to explain trends, variations and differences, suggesting corrective actions, etc.
As part of a continuous improvement objective, you will also be in charge of creating analyzes and reports development, implementation and subsequent tracking of relevant key performance indicators, process improvement between Finance Shared Service Center and local entities, challenge the used tools and trying different views, further digitization of process (Power BI), and other ad-hoc financial projects.
