Purpose of the job
As part of Digital Sales Enablement capability, we are looking for a Digital Transformation Communication Specialist that will be have the mission of driving the business value realization of Digital Transformation initiatives for all User Profiles and stakeholders by delivering personalized, dynamic, just in time communication.
Articulate the identification, planning and execution of Communication plans of the assigned tools, project or initiatives, in coordination with Process and Product Owners, Project team and Training Lead.
Execute communication plans, including content creation, asset production (ppts, videos, infographics, etc.), channel strategy & delivery.
Produce and deliver communication packages to ease local deployment and adoption of the assigned tools, project or initiatives.
Drive and deliver the release communication of the assigned tools, project or initiatives.
Collaborate with the relevant Community Managers to animate webinars to support user awareness, engagement and adoption and provide user support as the single point of contact of the assigned tools, project or initiatives.
Maintain a close relationship with countries, businesses and process stakeholders.
Keep up to date all the communication materials and information of the assigned tools, project or initiatives.
Leverage community feedback, provided by the Community Managers and adoption insights, provided by Training, Adoption & User Experience team to drive continuous improvement on the awareness of digital tools.
Measure the reach of the communication delivered and implement improvement actions, when applies
Profile and Competences
Education: Master's degree in Marketing/Communication/Digital or equivalent.
Technical Field: not applicable
Work experience needed: Communication, Marketing, Digital Transformation, Change Management
Expert in Office 365 package, Content Management and Collaboration tools: cloud storage, business networking.
Advanced skills in video production & editing, graphic design of communication assets.
Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English (fluent/ bilingual).
Personal abilities or skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills required to collaborate with stakeholders all over the world.
Innovative, autonomous, curious, flexible and a strong team spirit
Motivated and passionate about Digital & IT.
Open to work in multi-cultural teams with different time-zones and in a "virtual" mode with.

Composition of the team: 3 community managers, 2 communication specialists, 2 trainees.
