-Implement a recruitment strategy to anticipate the clients' needs.
-Recruitment within the IT French market (France, Belgium, Switzerland)
-Participate in projects to develop the brand image, business processes and structure.
-Recruitment and development of your international Talent Acquisition Team.
-Management of a team of recruiters.
-Involvement in diverse HR projects (creation of training programs, tools and processes improvement).
-Modify the recruitment strategy according to market changes.
-Be a true business partner by bringing qualitative solutions to each client.
-Campus events participation.
-You have graduated with a degree in Business and Management or Human Resources.
-You are creative and enthusiastic, with an eye for detail.
-Excellent command of English & French is a must.
Market knowledge of French clients represents a great asset.
-You have previous experience of 3 years in recruitment within the IT industry.
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
-You have knowledge of the full-cycle recruitment process.
-You are business oriented, with good communication and leadership skills.
