The Operations Transformation team within End to End Digital Customer Relationship (E2E DCR) is bridging Sales and Marketing for a frictionless E2E experience for customers and frontline employees in the digital age. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with several stakeholders from the different E2E DCR Domain Leaders, Schneider Digital, Businesses, and Country Operations to drive the "End to End Digital Customer relationship of the future" while driving the commercial organization to be customer type oriented and ready for the digital age, to enable growth and customer loyalty. As part of the Governance & Transformation Management Team, we are looking for a Community and Coordination Specialist that will have the mission to support delivering key messages inside the company including preparation, planning and delivery of the annual communication plan, ensuring strong community engagement. What will you do? Support the communication plan execution (materials; success stories, best practices, measurement) Create communication assets for all audiences (Videos, Infographics, Power Points presentations etc.…) Leverage and management internal communication tools and channels to animate and drive engagement of existing communities, create awareness about updates and trends Support on the communication site transformation, help in organizing documentation to communities Track and follow up on activities on assigned projects Liaise with the entire team to cover engagement and communication needs identified within the community. What qualifications will make you successful? To be eligible for VIE Program (under 28 YO, EU nationality, not Spanish) Education: A./Master's degree in Marketing/Communication/Digital or equivalent. Work experience needed: Previous Experience in Communication, Community Management, Project Management, Digital Transformation, Change Management, Sales is preferred Technical skills: Office 365 package, Content Management and Collaboration tools: cloud storage, business networking Requested languages: Fluent English (Written and Spoken), Spanish is a plus Personal abilities or skills: Communication and organizational skills required Curious and creative mindset, innovative, autonomous team player with a can-do attitude Open to work and collaborate with diverse teams and international stakeholders in different time-zones and remotely Interested in Digital, Sales, Marketing and Transformation Let us learn about you!
