Poste et missions:
1/ Admin support to VP Customer Success
2/ Scheduling of meetings/conferences/general diary management
3/ Benchmarking/research on evolution on strategy for Customer Success/Support functions
4/ Marketing promotion of team function including preparation of compelling storytelling
5/ Communications strategy, deployment of video, yammer, social media channels
Education: Communications/Marketing/Business preferred
Work experience needed: Preferable to have background in comms/marketing/support
Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): English fluent
Personal abilities or skills: Strong communications skills, creative, well organized, good digital media skills
